Website is updated & now says ‘construction commencing July 2018’, so hopefully see some action here next week.

Perhaps it will turn into "construction starting September 2018" ........ sometime in late August

Well, the location isn't that great by comparison to other developments currently selling around the CBD.

I beg to differ. I think it's a very good location. A few mins walk to the laneways of Leigh and Peel St, and Rundle Mall only 5 mins walk away.

I guess any of the other current projects underway (Realm, Adelaidean, etc) or even completed (Bohem, Aria...) have still apartments available, so that sounds pretty normal.

In contrast to some of the others they also did not seem to have run any kind of foreign investor campaigns, but prioritizing local owner-occupiers. Probably a combination of treating the apartments as a diversification component and trying to minimize future issues for clashes between the apartment complex and the hotel.
