I don't see why his age is relevant. Older people can write poorly and have wacky opinions too. Young people can be very inciteful because they have not been acculturated as much.

You don't have teenage kids at home do you?! Expect all the respect and accolades for their opinions, with none of the hard yards of life lessons put in. Set in stone "opinion factoids" change rapidly when confronted with the realities of real world outside of school and university.

No I don't. But I have known teenagers who's opinions I have valued and trusted, and I have known both teenagers and people "old enough to know better" who's opinions I would not trust as far as I could throw them after screwing them into a ball. The person's age is not necessarily a good indicator of whether they have a clue.

I would imagine that the space agency will most likely be located in multiple states. That way the commonwealth keeps people in different locations happy.

DSTO is located in different cities and we also saw with the AWD's that there were modules built in different locations.

If that's one thing we need in this state other than direct flights to Japan, its jobs in science. I've been looking for 5 years and haven't got anything.

I'm talking pure entry level for fresh graduates that don't have PhD's and 5 years of experience.

We are talking about the Headquarters.
Obviously the national space agency will have involvement from multiple states and territories.
It may be that the HQ is located here, and launch facilities in Queensland, NT or WA that are closer to the equator. Although I believe I have read that it depends what sort of orbit the payload is being launched into.

When you think of NASA, you think of the Kennedy Space Center in Florida where we all used to see the footage of the space shuttles going up, or Houston "we have a problem" mission control. You don't think of Washington DC where NASA's HQ is. They have nearly a dozen facilities spread across the country.

When I think of NASA I think of the cutting edge technology they develop. Watching a rocket launch would be great, but I'd rather a research facility that lures thousands of engineers and scientists from interstate
