This looks iompressive for North Adelaide. I gather there is a 10 storey building on the eastern side of Brougham Pl. as well.
A pity that a lot of North Adelaide looks tired and outdated next to this building. Dare I mention it - it needs the Le Cornu site developed.
The Leibher (spelling!) crane is a common feature in the east - usually the bigger the building, the more likely that this type of crane is there.

Is it just me or is this building taking for ever and going nowhere? I only see 2 or 3 construction workers at one time. I suppose it's due for completion in June which is still a fair while away.
Does anyone know anymore about the Loius Vuitton stoere because makris group were claiming it would be part of the le cornu site. guessing they would have chosen the site to be completed soonest which would be this one.

Luckily that other building is wholly owned by one person (the venerable Alf Brown), and therefore redevelopment is a distinct possibility...thank god!!

4 cranes on O'Connell this morning. 2 at place on Brougham and 2 at North Adelaide Village. Much change going on in the area at the moment.

A pic from today. Looks like the car park is going up now and possibly another level, one of the 'sky homes'?

Yep, extra levels going on, you can see by the small pre-fab core in the middle of your pic. I think the upper apartments have their own elevators

Nicely nice. I haven't bothered looking at this project, because it's been hidden under the mesh! Good to see there's something worth looking at.

Phor! North Adelaide needs more of these sized towers around. They look good with the area.

Some parts have been exposed. This fake 'slate-like' section looks interesting. I'm not sure how this one will turn out but should be an improvement on what used to be. From today:

why have they kept this one under wraps? it doesnt strike as overly significant... unless their preparing a shock horror surprise party for the local nimbys.
