I like how he's denied it - I heard the rumor when in town over Christmas. He's seriously on the nose with a lot of people I know, but they'd rather have him because they're terrified of Foley being in charge and the Liberals are still a bunch of losers.

I think he'll resign this year while he appears to be on top like the other state premiers did, but maybe the recent rains up here that are feeding into the Darling will change that. Either that or he'll be off to federal politics at some stage thanks to his role in the success of Kevin07.

Of course, I despise the man so read this however you want. I didn't think it was possible to dislike him more than I do, but PhilM certainly proved me wrong! :) At least I'm willing to cede that Rann has done a few good things.

I am not one for political debate or inuendo. It's not of interest to me, but i must confess, when Rann was opposition leader i could not stand him. My impression of him was that he just complained about everything. Now, i am glad he is leading this state and i can see a difference in the direction the state is headed. I am not a fan of Foley at all. As for his private life, which he makes no attempt to keep private, is another story.

Rann, from me so far 7.5/10.

Now make the harder decisions and bite the bullet on many issues of concern for this state. Walk the walk now and be an even better premier and surpass your hero and mentor Premier Dunstan.
