These developments look fantastic and lets hope they materialise, however who is going to lease/ occupy this plethora of office space? The cynical side of me says they wont occur unless they pre-lease a fair proportion of the development on a long term lease, pre construction.

Lets hope there are plenty of companies clambering for office space to ensure these projects get built, but me doubts!

I love the building. Looks very awesome, I am a huge fan of the angle-sided buildings which highly differ to the box ones we see around.

Yeah would have to assume so, along with their Waymouth St development. I sent them an email like 3 months ago to see what was happening, but never got anything back :(

These developments were never submitted to the ACC, so I must assume that they never advanced from the 'vision' stage.

But with the current demand for office accomodation, Pascot should give them a chance.

Some one on SSC just posted this:
guys, this has just got approved this week.

bordex wine racks and displays is one of the tenants, moving from dudley park to this office.

no modifications......16 storeys around 100m.

set for construction early next year
can't be true as was never submitted to the acc and the amount of floors to the hieght is way off. Just a hoax or anybody know more?

16 floors might take 60m - the rest might be a spire.Seems to me to be some communication issue here. Have to wait and see.

His reply:
urbansg.....that is wrong. it has gone to the acc this week

this wine comany is partly financing the building with interstate investors.

i know this as the ceo of this company is a very close friend of mine.

you wait and see, there will be a media release very shortly.

i am not sure the exact height proportions, however, the render looks quite tall and i know its a 50million dollar development.

Unless, they're taking 16 floors, which would be enough precommitment for construction.

I can confirm that the building has not been approved.

Maybe the person is confused and rather meant to say that plans were lodged with the ACC. I guess we will have to wait.
