The cafe has now closed and are in the process of relocating to 135 Pirie street. I'd imagine we will see work soon as tenders were back in November.

I believe the training college is still operational so don't expect anything immediately.

Also, the closure of Bath Lane is still not finalised and there are a number of services in that road way that need to be relocated prior to them excavating. Not that would stop them demoing the current building on the corner.

The last 2 businesses moved out over the weekend.

Is this their first Job in S.A? Never seen their sign up before, but look to be a pretty large construction/engineering company judging by their website.

I am assuming work is set to start on this soon? Or never if we are going by GHS predictions? He hasn't put it on his Valley of Death chart.

John Holland have done some other work in Adelaide, but I think it was mostly infrastructure-related.

I think they built the Urbanest student accommodation on the corner of North Terrace and Bank Street back in 2010.

I would say that construction would start on this in early 2017.
So we're still looking at a valley in terms of the crane count in the 2nd half of this year.

You seem to continually have these "predictions" about when things will start that you seem to just pull out of your ass.

What evidence do you have that suggest this will start in Early 2017? As well as all of your other ludicrous statements, like August Towers?

I've heard that this might be going to Hansen Yunken, based on they did 50 Flinders St for Commercial & General and this is another of their developments...
