Why the green feature in the protruding boxes around the windows? In my opinion it actually has a somewhat classy sophisticated street facade, so why the green. Wouldn't Copper, stainless or even a black alucobond be a better finish?

Not 100% relevant but I had a dream about more tall student accommodation buildings popping up. These were north of North Tce though, within the campuses themselves. Adelaide had a few, including a rather tall and nice-looking white building capable of housing 2000 students. UniSA's City East campus also had one at its north perimeter, a long, wider building but nowhere near as tall.
