Why the green feature in the protruding boxes around the windows? In my opinion it actually has a somewhat classy sophisticated street facade, so why the green. Wouldn't Copper, stainless or even a black alucobond be a better finish?

Not 100% relevant but I had a dream about more tall student accommodation buildings popping up. These were north of North Tce though, within the campuses themselves. Adelaide had a few, including a rather tall and nice-looking white building capable of housing 2000 students. UniSA's City East campus also had one at its north perimeter, a long, wider building but nowhere near as tall.
Our state, our city, our future.

This building is a long way from being any sort of architectural masterpiece. But oh well, i'm happy to see another crane

Might even come true once they figure out what to do with the old RAH site ...ChillyPhilly wrote:Not 100% relevant but I had a dream about more tall student accommodation buildings popping up. Internal demolition underway. Can't say I'll be too sad to see either building go.

Proposed less than 9 months ago, and already underway.
