Update 10/12/2018, now working on levels 2 and 3.

Not sure but it looks like this one may have topped out already.

This project has topped out, note level 10 is set back from the other floors. There are also some 2 and 3 story town houses to the south side. The saved house is also undergoing some restoration.

This one is going at snails pace because of plenty of problems on site, but as it progresses I will put some pics on here, I think the 2 penthouses on level 9 will be impressive.

Apparently M & B are likely to take over after the developer complained about poor performance and delays on the 262 South Terrace project (which I disagree with).
