Thanks for posting. Early days- but I am pleasantly surprised by that picture. The glazing and pattern looks different to the renders, which is not a bad thing at all.

I'm glad that the exterior façade is that jagged, spaced reflection design so it won't fry people on the street below on hot days. Unlike that of others. Thankfully the developers thought that through on this one.

I can’t remember what the renders looked like for this building, but the actual building with that articulated glazing looks fantastic!

This one has turned out very nicely indeed with the glazing.

This one and the Charter Hall development while not the tallest, will both add considerable bulk to the CBD. Also this part of Pirie/Gawler Place/Flinders is quite dense.

Have to say, from the size and large floor space of this building, it's gone up very quickly. Looks good too.

Up until recently, Multiplex gave Adelaide a wide berth, impressive they now see Adelaide as a city to get involved in.
