Question, is the lack of Western Wall development due to a security risk being seated next to the Law Courts?

I know they weren't allowed to have windows directly facing into the building but i'm unsure of the legal requirements of windows above the roofline of the law courts.

I know the Govt (ie Federal Court adjacent) objected to this development but not sure on what grounds.

That's a very good photo, because it lets you visualise that at full height, the top of Kodo will just be visible at the top edge (at double the height of the law courts next door). Can't wait to see the overall skyline impact!

It's also good in that highlights the importance of developments like Bohem - because without it, that sad carpark that was allowed to add a couple of floors on a few years ago (even as the ACC blocked office blocks of similar height in that area) would otherwise be the tallest thing in the background (well, other than the blank wall of Lot 11 or 13 on Coglin St)...

I did see a glass van out the front, so hoping the external features are not too far away. The quality will make or break this building.
