Pretty sure they are both restaurants/tappas bars by day and bars by night. 99% sure they are owned by the same people who own messa next door. so assuming its a similar setup to what is going on at messa/san gria next door. Steady on, they may not be as attractive us underground but they still look better than crappy half rotting braced up timber poles, and they are uniquily SA. The timber/concrete poles found elsewhere can look quite ugly in some cases (same with the Stobies).
