lets see the finished product first ,then we can judge it.

What a ghastly abomination. Make it go away. The space next door needs to be immediately sold to a private developer willing to make the most of the new height relaxation and hide this dreadful muck.

[COM] Re: U/C: Uno Apartments | 16lvls | Residential
no amount of paint will disguise how ugly that building is.
[COM] Re: U/C: Uno Apartments | 16lvls | Residential
Yikes. If you think the front of it is ugly, have a peek at the side of the building fronting young st.
Lol, is the idea to make sure people dont forget they're staying in low income housing?

This job is meant to be finished in about ten weeks (so the program says) but they are strugling, so they are pumping the trades to do big hours. So it should not be to long to see the finished product

According to the website Stage 2 of the sales campaign will start later this month. The website also refers to this as 17 levels.

It's the affordable homes component, which i believe they can only list for 90 days.
Criteria here:

Cant really see it catering purely to those on struggle street. I know plenty of single young professionals on less than $72k who would be eligible... and I wouldnt say they were having too difficult a time in life lol.

If you count the ground floor as the 1st floor, then it already is 17 levels. They are not going to add another floor.Ben wrote:According to the website Stage 2 of the sales campaign will start later this month. The website also refers to this as 17 levels.

The building is finished well not far off. The 15th floor is the top and theres the roof but they also have a level they call mesanine, this photo is from the 10th level looking south
