There’s no balconies in those renders. Who knows what they’re building. At the current rate of 1 floor every 4 months we might find out by 2030.timtam20292 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2025 11:28 pmhttps://399kingwilliam.com.au
Not sure if this already posted but here is the website for this apartment building.
The render featured has the building right up against the neighbouring building on Gilbert Street but very clearly that’s not the case in the update photos?

Those renders are bizarre and make it look like the building will be 2.5 x the street frontage of the neighbouring building. Google suggests otherwise.timtam20292 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2025 11:28 pmhttps://399kingwilliam.com.au

I also feel compelled to post this still from their 3D tour, showcasing Adelaide's famous... western, beach-side mountain range in the background?

Still a cursed site then haha I mean the mobile crane is gone. I'd presume it would stay on site until its no longer required. You're right about the floors too, Ben - not the fastest growing building that's for sure.

Just as Ben reported, there is a crane base on site.

Let's be generous and say that these renders show "clouds"....

The looks like it'll be placed somewhere else on site, possibly within the footprint of the building itself

Funny you say that Pikey, I’m thinking they might construct that part of the building after the crane is up. No foundation poured in that section though?
