The tower fits so snugly on one half of the property that I wouldn't put it past them to propose a stage 2 tower.

I’m not too bothered by the design. It adds height to the skyline and variation - it’s not another glass box. If visitors ask, just tell them it’s a telephone exchange building

Yep, exactly. A few levels in and peeps getting all in a tizz! At least the developers are trying, for better or worse, to keep within the North Terrace memo... sandstone colour, without much glass. A case of damned if you do, damned if you don't. Just my
