When is this due for completion again? It seems to have topped out fairly quickly, but slowed down with construction since then. Perhaps I'm just being impatient in my eagerness to see the glass curtain...like the blackboard says, hurry up! :)

I have a friend (believe it or not :-)) who is a senior manager at SA Water - he says they will be in the building by Oct 08.

This one is progressing nicely. It looks like they are getting ready to finish off the glass sections with the removal of the external lifts etc. I like the glass in the central staircase area. I didn't realise this was going to be glass, thought it would just be solid cladding instead. This glass is looking good. Pics from this afternoon:

Caversham/Woods Bagot, are you watching? This is how you do a core/energy efficient glass/attractive elevations to all sides/different appearance to the building next door....

Thanks for the comprehensive photographic update UrbanSG! Much appreaciated!

Regarding this building, I am happy to admit that I was a bit harsh with my earlier criticism. Although I think the building could have been better, now that it is almost finished I am actually kind of liking the building. The eastern facade is a vast improvement on the initial renders. Although simple, it looks sleek and an example of "less is more".

What's happening with this one? Have they started on the glass curtain wall yet?

I'll love anyone who takes some pics.

I took a photo of this last weekend but there really hasn't been too much in the way of external changes since my last set so I didn't post it. They are doing a fair bit of work on the foyer area internally which should be stunning I reckon. Hopefully the western wall of glass isn't too far off. It will make or break this building. This building has the potential to look amazing once completed.
