According to their FB page, back in October there was only 1 apartment remaining.
They've been setting up site offices adjacent to the lot, so would be very soon.

I would say in January. A few CBD developments (West Franklin, U-City, etc) will also commence in January.

I couldn't find a Park Central thread but probably should have one at 12 stories. Any way this is under construction and just one apartment left.

It sold pretty damn quickly for an average looking building. But good signs at least! Tectvs have also released some concept drawings for the latest addition - http://www.theartisanbowden.com.au/

Bowery is now complete, with people moving in this weekend. In progress mural on the south east facing boundary wall by Lisa King.

Hopefully all the other major blank boundary concrete walls get artists work on them...anyone know if that's likely?

I'd say they will be blocked out by future development along Park Terrace.

Correct. Even the Lisa King mural will eventually be blocked, but we'll likely see that lot (currently the carpark for the info centre and Jarmer's) developed much later in the piece. Expect the walls for B Apartments and Nexus to be blocked out much sooner.

On the building front, there's also a small one level building being quickly thrown together on Third St, opposite the western side of Plant 4. Not a transportable, so doubt it's related to Torrens Junction.

That giant mural is an eyesore.
What's it even meant to represent? What's it got to do with the area or it's past?

Park Central will have a crane, but the developers are just checking to see which one is suitable. Could also mean they are waiting for one to be sent or become available.
