It doesn't appear to have changed much in the last 3 months?
[COM] Re: U/C - Health and Medical Research Institute (HMRI) - $20
The top, set back level is being completed now, the first "sub" concrete level formwork is being build now.
[COM] Re: U/C - Health and Medical Research Institute (HMRI) - $20
This is a huge site but dwarfed by the hospital next door, Level 0 is basement and so is 1 and 2 really and three is the plaza (ground level at north terrace), 4 hasent been built yet and then its 5 to 9 levels and the roof is ten. Well thats what ive been told.
[COM] Re: U/C - Health and Medical Research Institute (HMRI) - $20
I'm confused. Are you saying there are still 5 more levels to be constructed?
[COM] Re: U/C - Health and Medical Research Institute (HMRI) - $20
As I understand it, levels 0 through 2 are built into the side of the slope on the site, level 3 is plaza level, and level 4 is a mezzanine floor that has not yet been erected. The floors above that are mostly in place.Ben wrote:I'm confused. Are you saying there are still 5 more levels to be constructed?

Great photos, and I may be one of the few people who actually likes the boat sheds and how they contrast with the sleek modern structures behind them.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
