The top, set back level is being completed now, the first "sub" concrete level formwork is being build now.

This is a huge site but dwarfed by the hospital next door, Level 0 is basement and so is 1 and 2 really and three is the plaza (ground level at north terrace), 4 hasent been built yet and then its 5 to 9 levels and the roof is ten. Well thats what ive been told.

As I understand it, levels 0 through 2 are built into the side of the slope on the site, level 3 is plaza level, and level 4 is a mezzanine floor that has not yet been erected. The floors above that are mostly in place.

Great photos, and I may be one of the few people who actually likes the boat sheds and how they contrast with the sleek modern structures behind them.
