The floorplans are all available here in a PDF - http://www.cityviewapartments.com.au/Will wrote:Here is an image of the CityView Apartment Building.
It is from the Housing SA website, as the 1 bedroom apartments in the complex are part of the state government's affordable housing initiative.
Fire destroys football club grandstand
A suspected arson fire has destroyed a grandstand and gym at the ground of the West Adelaide Football Club. Firefighters took about 30 minutes to control the blaze, which caused an estimated $200,000 worth of damage.
The roof of the grandstand was gutted, a gym and buildings destroyed and coaches’ boxes damaged, a Metropolitan Fire Service spokeswoman said.
The cause of the fire, reported at 11pm yesterday, has yet to be determined but is not believed to be suspicious, the spokeswoman said.
Suspected arson ... but the cause is not believed to be suspicious. Sounds just a little suspicious to me.Wayno wrote:A new grandstand for Richmond Oval?

$10m seems peanuts for an inner suburban large building that could be fairly easily gutted and renovated into apartments. You would think there would be property developers lining up to buy this
