More pics, this is really starting to dominate the area now. Level 18 in Core, Level 14 being constructed.

At a rough estimate the final building will be around 1 level higher than the current highest part of the crane

From Vic Square this morning - just see the core box behind the Federal Court building. When finished will noticeably extend the CBD skyline southward

If the crane is an indicator of height, I thought it would be more prominent from Vic Squre. Considering there’s an epic blank wall I’m not unhappy.

So pics on the first few pages have this with more glass on the sides and east facade... Can anyone explain what is happening and why there is so much of this dull grey cladding in its place? They seem to have just made an average development even worse.
