Where does that middle tunnel lead? All seating access for that level is from the rear so I'm trying to work out what it's for.
Will investigate over the next few days I guess
so keen!

Thats where fans go down to watch the crows/power prepare pre-match. I'm not sure what sort of ticket you need for it but I know that's what it's for.

There's two "tunnels" actually either side of the middle, and they are actually players races.
The players race on the left in that image will be used by Port Adelaide, and it will feature on one wall a large mural of the past till now, and on it will be past players names, as well as members/fans who have paid.
This is what it will look like, but with thousands of names on it.

If you scroll down to the bottom of that page you'll get a better idea with the names on it.
I assume the players race on the right in that image will be used by the Crows and other away teams.
EDIT - Ah crap, I see the tunnel you mean now. It's smack bang in the middle in the lower tier.

Crows and Power both have their own change rooms, third tunnel will be located in between the southern and eastern stand

Why would the Crows NOT have their own? Also, you make it sound like Adelaide is an away team?

The tunnel they are talking about above is the one in the middle of the lowest tier of the southern stand, between the two players races.
There's a tunnel between the southern and eastern stands?

I never said the Crows shouldn't or wont have one. I said, since Port will be using the player race on the left, as indicated by the images I posted, I assume that the Crows will be using the other one on the opposite side of the southern stand.

I really can't the point of flip flopping on different names for the stand. Pick one and stick with it. 95% of people know it as the southern stand at the moment, so if they have no intention of retaining "riverbank stand", don't bother.
Either keep riverbank stand for good, or leave it as the southern stand until the footballer is honoured.

It was reported a number of months ago that the western stands would have cricket names, eastern stands would have football names and the southern stand would have a "neutral" name. If it was going to be named after someone they would have either done it or kept it as "Southern Stand" for now.

Yep, think this will be the official name. I'm going to guess that report was wrong.

Watching the crisket here in Bris. The Oval looks sensational - lots of positive comments about Adelaide by Ch. 9 news team and the cricket commentators. (almost like there has been ignorance about how great Adelaide really is). The cricket is good PR for the city - pity the east stand is not open. Chockers in the rest of the stands. Bridge DID get opened too! Hope weather does not interrupt too much. (Twice stopped for rain by 11.00AM).
