Is it just me, or is this building moving at a snails pace?
A floor a week snails pace?

Agreed with Ben, every week it gets taller.

So pics on the first few pages have this with more glass on the sides and east facade... Can anyone explain what is happening and why there is so much of this dull grey cladding in its place? They seem to have just made an average development even worse.

I can't with this...
Hopefully the balcony coloured framing and glass balustrades break the facade up and add more textural variance. Even though the renders appear to indicate raw concrete in parts, I hope that isn't the final result. Looking at the exposed concrete on the structure now, it's extremely irregular. I'd hate for that to be the final finish.
Walking on over....

Ahhhh. Maybe it's just 'cause I see it every day. Kinda like watching grass grow.

The core can now be seen from the Sir Donald Bradman Drive and West Terrace intersection. The building will make a nice impact once it's complete. :)

Level 21 in core. Level 17 being built. This is now significantly taller than SA Water and the Law courts.

Final height looks like it would be roughly the current core height from the top of the crane.

I think today it hadn’t as of yesterday. There are four pieces so could be final rise I’m not sure.

The crane has not gained height over the week end . However they installed a second brace to tie the crane to the completed part of the building near the top then replaced the climbing collar above this . Compare today's picture with previous pictures. The extra tower sections can now be installed some time this week.
