anyone can put a cavaet on a property.

Once it is challenged it is up to them to prove why it is there a valid reason to have it (usually tested by lawyers!)

Exactly - it's a cynical attempt to reserve lateral airspace that isn't theirs to reserve.

Yup, foreground is the second floor bar and background is the performance space.

Received an e-mail on Thursday for this one stating 37 left of 88, with a further 4 currently reserved.

The former Urban Cow Studio has been completely demolished, with the old Rhino Room half gone.

Tiser Business Journal last Tuesday mentioned that a $3m penthouse has been sold in this one.

Pretty much all gone now.

These guys don't seem to be wasting time. Already looks as if they are closing the third lane into the carpark. Shutters were drawn this morning and entrance blocked. they're also digging below the surface where the Rhino Room was.

Looks like Realm may never hold the title of Adelaide's tallest.
