Yeah I did see this today, Franklin Street was blocked off as well as the little side streets.
There was a gigantic mobile crane mobilized, it actually looked like the lift was for the PWC building and not this development. Something at the roof level.

yes this crane was not working at 42 56 franklin st but at pwc building further west.
