11 storeys for the building facing the town square (On the Park). 8 levels for On Fifth, and 6 levels for the two corner buildings (On the Lane and On Gibson).

10 /12/2018 another picture of the double basement . Still excavating towards the west. The crane base has not been concreted in yet. This is a large site and might need 2 cranes?

Lisa King is doing another 26m mural on the NW boundary wall of The Artisan (behind Jarmers, looking out to Park Tce) - adjacent to her previous mural on The Bowery.

Rode my bike over to bowden to have a look around the markets today. You know for a development centered around active forms of transport, it's one of the more egregious displays of car park chaos I've seen in some time. I was also taken back by the sheer volume of car parking provided and only a small handful of spots to lock a bike up around plant 4 :/

Maybe not enough has been done for cyclists, PT etc but do you think that if ‘the sheer volume of car parking provided’ wasn’t that things could/would be far worse? Further with most of the new apartment developments there is only one carpark per apt so 2nd cars/visitors etc have to try to find a park on the street.

Part of the issue is that some of the special occasion markets (as opposed to the regular ones) become a destination event, and attract a lot of people from out of the area. So they've made a number of the future development lots temporary parking. It's pretty annoying, but not sure what can be done in that instance.
The reduced car dependency angle is pushed heavily in the sales office, so I have zero sympathy for people that have two cars and only one carpark. Early days there was some complaints by some when the timed street parking came into effect, so I'm glad RenewalSA and the council have stood their ground on that.
There's four rows of bike parking around Plant 4 — one outside the entrance to the IGA, one very visible one near the northern corner of Plant 4 (with maintenance station), another on Fourth St near the almond trees, and lastly on the corner of Third St and Gibson St. There's quite a few on Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Streets where it's already been developed, and also around the new train station.
In semi-related news, they've started installing signals for the pedestrian crossing over Park Tce to the skate park (between Fourth and Fifth Streets).

Really? I thought they would push for the underpass to be used by the skaters? If they put a pedestrian crossing (with traffic lights) it would slow Park Tce down after just spending some $417m to put the train lines underground to help the traffic flow.
