Nothing of note happening in pop up

this design whilst popular in Europe for practical reasons, doesn't seem so practical in a place like Adelaide... all that direct sunlight coming through the glass roof will require a huge offset in energy requirements to cool that level

Yeh they do have solar panels all over the metal roof.

At this stage, from the outside, this would have to be one of the ugliest shopping centre builds I've seen. Not sure how they managed to get planning approval considering the exponential wealth in the surrounding areas, you would think local residents would have a lot to say about this. Hopefully what's still to come will improve the concrete wall facing onto the corner of Portrush Road.

There's still a bit of facade to be applied which will definitely soften the appearance it currently has.
