Your representation is inaccurate. There is a gap between the "something" and the development. But none between that and the Griffin's (note apostrophe). The "something" is the former HiFi Acoustics, which is to become part of the Griffin's (indeed they already have empty beer barrels on show in the front window - how attractive!)

The sky is blue, Omi, and is far from pretty. I'm much more interested in the beverages to be had at the Griffin's Head.
I've a lovely idea, why don't we all congregate once more for a round of drinks there, or someplace else? Oooh, I shall frolick the forums and make my way to the Pub and submit my idea du grandeur there!

Eastern crane has jumped, the cabin of the western one is now lower than the Residential tower.

(Level 11 of the apartments is poured, and Level 5 of the Hotel).
