Definetly topped out. Now just waiting for that green glass to make a spectacle!

From what I can see from the photo's they are up to level 13. Therefore it hasn't topped out yet. One
more level to go.

It depends on which angle you look at. If you only count what you can see, it comes to 13. There's a couple of floors of the core that can't be seen from the last few shots though because they are set back from the floorplates below.

15 and a LMR, so if it has topped out, the jump form will removed very soon exposing the "blank" LMR section.

Yeah there's 15 levels now - it's topped out.
