It's making a nice big impact on Gouger Street now.

It has also become very prominent on the skyline when driving down Glen Osmond Road.

Took this today into the sun so not great quality but yes this is now making a massive impact on the skyline. I think about 6 more core rises. The crane will rise another 20m I’ve been told.

Thanks Ben - that's an amazing pic. Really shows how dominant Kodo will be in the area and how it and other buildings will compete with Westpac House on the skyline.

Great angle! Looks mint against the law courts. Turning out to be a bit better than expected.
Thanks for the shot B!

This sounds like a dumb question but in the future could that western wall be upgraded to replicate the windows and cladding on its opposite end? Or is that wall detrimental to the structures stability?
It looks great otherwise.

No once its built thats it, there would be no reason to change it unless it was a design fault.

You could clad it, however being a residential building (as opposed to an office building) there would be a lot of hoops to jump through to make that happen.

The current height of the crane will be Kodo's final height when complete, according to their Facebook.

Ben, you'll have to get another photo from this same angle once the building is complete!
