I would say its like putting lipstick on a pig but thats offensive to pigs.
And again with the pointless "fins" during vertically on the facade. I don't understand or like them at all. They provide no shade for windows and just look stupid.

I agree this is a wank proposal and a waste of sheer potential.

However, it is a direct result of a lack of a vacancy tax or similar, and is also the legacy of Stephan Knoll closing the Adelaide Metro InfoCentre.
