Top work mate, really awesome stuff. The curtain doesn't seem too far away now...

My heart wishes it was double the height but then you'd throw a massive shadow over the square all morning. Its probably the perfect height for the location and it looks good. The blue glass blends perfectly with the law courts green making both buildings and the street scape look even better.

Fellas, the glass is not blue, it is clear, it is just the sky reflected in the glass and the shade from the catwalks.

Cheers

P.S. It seems they are behind schedule with the veil. I think they were delayed at the end of May when they were supposed to have started. I'll try and find out when they expect to have it finished.

Yeah, I walk past there on the way to work... a few panels have gone up, different shades of green by the look of it. (mosaic colour style?)
Similar to the Law Courts building, but not as stark in colour.

Hard to tell as there are only about 9 panels up at this stage.

I rode past today and some looked kinda aqua-ey/blueish... but I was riding so I wasn't really studying the details.

Yeah I had a quick look today. It looks like a mix of green blue and maybe even some clear glass, not too sure.

I think they may be trying to create a water effect. It looked fairly decent.

This one could turn out really, really well. This glass will make or break it though. We need to see more of it and it cleaned to know its true impact but looks encouraging at this stage.

Haven't got a completion date but as you've seen the glass is going up so it's not too far off. Hopefully bad weather and strong winds won't delay this even further. Can't wait to see it finished though. Anyone with piccies, maybe tomorrow with better weather?

Cheers
