The St Louis on Rundle St is becoming "Toyama Japanese Cuisine". Coming soon graphics in the window pasted up this morning. Petrichor also has the windows papered up, so assuming some changes going on in there too.

The massive space that San Churro's used to have on Gouger Street is becoming a 'hipster' hot pot Chinese restaurant and bar:

Also, the old Burp Burrito space on Hindley Street has been fit out for a ramen bar and looks nearly ready to open.

What an interesting establishment. Not sure how well it well go. The menu does not inspire confidence as it seems to be a mush mash of Spanish and Mexican with the random Portuguese word thrown in.

I wonder if this is the same Palm Springs concept as was announced 1-2 years ago? I assumed it had been abandoned.

It appears that Atlantis Bar & Lounge has
reopened under new owners, without mermaids but still with a high degree of tacky. I do, however, welcome the new owners' intent to open a new 24 hour bakery next to the bar -- finally, midnight (drunk) pies for city dwellers!

The Guardsman at Adelaide Railway Station was supposed to be opening in “late 2019” but now looks to be 24th January 2020, according to this mistake on their website.
Was reminded to check after seeing this photo on Tristan Kerr’s Instagram story.
