if adelaide construction requirements are like london then it is for health and safety reasons, prevent dust or debris from leavng the site (therefore protect air quality)?

I had dinner on O'Connel Street last night, and it appears as though the tower crane was being removed.

Wow, that is a very good example of excellent renovation. The stripes are funky, which add much needed shape to what appears a standard boxy structure.

Building looks ok.....but looks nothing like the renders they put up to sell it. I know.....only artists impression, but its a fair stretch of artistic license.

This exterior renovation has been a great job. Much better than the dreary old facade that was there before. Almost as good as the exterior changes to Air Apartments.
