The one at Adelaide Airport is on Federal Land so I don't think this is the case.

From a quick search there are a least a couple in Australia by the looks of it. A full sized store in North Lakes and a smaller format one in Warringah.

Only one that I've been to (Westfield North Lakes) but there may be others.
