Where do you get this info from? The crane will be up within 3 weeks. The northern site has been excavated and piling completed.

Reinforcement has been added to the central Area. (Sorry about the picture quality - taken too late looking into the sun). I think they did not work on the crane over the weekend due to the fact that there was some major social function (BBQ with fair rides) in the parklands directly opposite this site.
