Yes, it's very normal for these projects to move slowly especially this time of year. I wouldn't worry too much
though, given that it's sold out it should go ahead fairly quickly.

It will be another couple of months before we see a crane on site, they haven't even done the excavation
yet.

Where do you get this info from? The crane will be up within 3 weeks. The northern site has been excavated and piling completed.

Ben beat me with the news about the crane base. Here are the pictures I took today 7/3/2016. There is a large excavation in the centre of the site towards the rear (northern end).

Was driving along Greenhill Road a few minutes ago, and realised that a tower crane is currently being erected at a site, which I triangulate to this site.

Reinforcement has been added to the central Area. (Sorry about the picture quality - taken too late looking into the sun). I think they did not work on the crane over the weekend due to the fact that there was some major social function (BBQ with fair rides) in the parklands directly opposite this site.
