Walked past on my way home tonight. Internal demolition still underway. Could see bits of rubbish lying about inside.

I walk past that lane way all the time but have never taken notice of it. Hopefully that'll change and others notice it too.

La Boheme bar have a beer garden sort of thing going on in that laneway. (At least they did before winter started.)

Went past today and saw they'd started on the demo. Didn't realise it was kicking off so soon. I wonder if the main building might have been more renown if not for the awful facade they put along franklin st.

^It was also first proposed 12 months ago. Very glad it had a complete design overhaul!
Though that carpark needs to desperately go. Looks like something from Grand Theft Auto.

Yep, that and the other drab looking thing next to this site- both need to be bulldozed. So glad they updated the design, this particular stretch badly needed it.
