This project is 95% complete with only some touch ups to the paint work on the ground floor and some minor internal fi-tout. All pictures 18/19/20.

IMO, the nicest of these city fringe devs has been the one at the top of George St, Parkside.

This project does have a separate bike storage area on the ground floor.
