The Air Apartments on Greenhill is annother building that is undergoing complete replacement of Cladding ( due imfamable cladding). Work started early last year and is still only half finished.They making very slow progress due to residents still living on site..

The cladding of Teslra exchange building is still not complete, only 3/4 done on west side as at 12/5/2025.
Also Air apartments making very slow progress pictures shows southern side (rear facing away from Greenhill Rd), this project started early last year.
