Albanese was in Glenelg today and made a federal Labor campaign pledge of $10 million towards the Jetty Road masterplan, which unbeknownst to me was finalised in 2018. The Chapel Street upgrade above was part of the first phase.

The 7 level Northshore development by Barrio at 2 Canning street, just behind the Aquarius Tower appears to have commenced construction.

There are now 3 tower cranes at Glenelg, Please see crane news page As at 9/2/2023.

Good stuff When was the last time there were 3 cranes operating at Glenelg? Way back to the Holdfast Shores development in the late 90's perhaps.
