Here are two updated renders found in the report which is going to the ACC DAP tomorrow night. As you can see the main change is the widening of the eastern elevation associated with the acquired NE allotments. The other renders in this report are the same as the original proposal as the remaining elevations are virtually the same.
Currie Street:
Eastern elevation from King William Street (nice strong impact):

Fantastic design.

Great impact - global/international style. Iconic.Broke the 30 floor level.

Bulk yet refined with elegance. I love the idea of a top floor restuarant. It will bring the tourists (as well as locals) Will help improve the profile of the city in other states and internationally. Hope it all goes through - unmodified.
It will get tenants - BRW and property/development magazine reports on Adelaide are very positive.
This and 400 KWS are my favourites at present. Adelaide needs more of this style.

Amazing indeed. Might not be the biggest building, but considering the Adelaide skyline, the striking glass design is going to stick out nicely.
Also, I took the last Octagon construction photo from its corresponding topic, and filled in roughly the area that 20-22 Currie Street is going to occupy.

Should we be concerned that they've costed this development at only $100 million? Is that realistic?

I'd focus my attention on the first one if I was you.

I noticed there is a for lease sign on the currie st building... i guess this means they don't intend construction for atleast 12 months?

Definately not. The SA Water building on Grenfell Street cost $105 million to build, and that was back in 1991!
This building cannot be built for $100 million. I personally believe that the real cost may be around $250 million, if not more.

The cost to lodge applications at the ACC is .125% of the development cost, so the developer/applicant usually try to save [big] dollars by underestimating the cost when lodging.

Eagerly anticipating word on this one... DAP would be in action now yes?
The eastern elevation is nice. Very bold and imposing design.

Well it's pretty much already been approved... there are just a few small changes made to the proposal (that doesn't affect the height - something that seems a contentious point with many developments around Adelaide). So yeah, hopefully they'll make a future landmark even better!
