16 levels now completed. Note also there are windows is the southern face from level 15 upwards so this wont just be a blank wall. I also took a picture from Waymouth St but Slenderman beat me to it.

Core is up to level 19 and the site closed on Friday for 3 weeks. it appears from level 19 onwards there are only 2 lifts as the core is smaller.

A distant shot taken yesterday.

Crane rise on the weekend. Must be close to the highest point in the skyline now when extended.

Some recent pictures. Now (23 Jan ) working on floor 18. The precast concrete panels on the southern side change shape from level 17 as they are cut back from King William street. Also picture of western side from Waymouth street.

The crane for this development is quite visible on the backdrop for 7 News.

This one is turning out to be better than expected - I didn't realise from renders that it had windows on the long sides (albeit necessarily small given the positioning) and the patterning kind of makes the eye think there's more glass than there is - so it doesn't really look like a 26 level concrete wall. Given it seems to be highly visible from a huge number of vantage points around the city I think this is a good thing :D

The crane is taller than the "State bank" building when nearly upright.

This will end up being the 5th tallest building in the city.

According to a worker on site this building is ground plus 26 levels meaning its 27 stories. Not sure if that means its more likely around 94m. Office floors are usually between 3.6 and 4.1m which should make this building between 98m and 110m. Not sure why the floors are so low (if they are) the information we have is quite old (pre DAC days so its not readily available).

This bldg will make an enormous difference to KWS - lifting the 18 floor limit suffered for decades up to more respectable heights for a city Adelaide's size. Love the renders.
