I'd say next sat. the 10th Jan. and I'd say it will go interstate since there's no other sites
here in adelaide for it to go immediately.
If you want a hint for the date, keep an eye on road closure notifications for Grenfell Street or the square.

I really do hope they will cover up the exposed concrete in some way. It's looking pretty bad, the contrast between the concrete and glass, that is. The actual structure looks fab!

Thanks Howie.

I must admit, I'm dissapointed with the glass treatment on the residential section of the tower. I'm refering to the solid glass section on the right hand side of the eastern facing front. If they could have used the same reflective blue glass there as on the office section, the two halves would have been tied in more succinctly. Same applies to the balastrades on the balconies.

I personally love the choice of glass, and the textures on the wall. I was just saying to James how last picture looks just like an early render of the building.

Those are some pretty decent sized balconies.

Wow, what a building this has turned out to be... even my interstate friends think this is impressive.

I hope they intend to paint the entire western face.

Thanks for the great pic updates Norman.

This one is turning out nicely. The glass looks amazing (even the residential portion) at around dusk I noticed the other evening.
