Correct.
Telstra have their own lifts within the building, and also have exclusive use of the rooftop and deck.

Here's the NAB signage. Today due to the 40+ weather we were told to close all blinds. The air conditioner is performing perfectly.

Just noticed when comparing the photo from earlier this month that I think the nab signage was moved on the King William Street side.
Fixings are still there from what I can see. Maybe for Telstra?

Yeah, they've moved it. I definitely saw them install on the southern side. Must've been a bugger up.

What other major office buildings in the CBD have two simultaneous naming rights? I can't think of any.

The NAB branch is currently being fitted out on the Rundle Mall side of the building.

There's now NAB signage on the southern face of the building as well. So they have three sets of logos in total.

Today I saw two Telstra signs have been installed, one on the northern side and one on the western side, near the NAB ones. I didn't get a photo since I was driving.

Right?
Imagine that, having had your branding on (formerly) one of Adelaide's tallest buildings for close to 20 years (if not longer) only then to relocate to a new premises and have a tiny logo on a less prominent building that you're sharing the naming rights with another tenant.
