Looks fantastic - again - esp against the backdrop of the CBD centre. Would still be my favourite development at present. Would be very disappointed if it turned out another box. So much potential to make a statement about Adelaide on entry from the south.

I think only 2 more weeks until all floors are complete leaving just the roof to complete the height.

Looks like the granite covering is growing.

Can you see any hangers for the curtain wall yet Ben? Glass shouldn't be too far off.

No not yet they are only up to the air con systems on the first floor still so internally are a bit far behind but I think will be close to externally finished in about 3 months and crane down in 2.

In that last piccy KWS seems to be rather quiet there for that time of day! Is this normal?

Funny you say that. I was on the tram last sunday and overheard two fellow passengers talking about this development. One then said (in a non derogatory way) I think it will be a carpark!

i know a few students of muriden college, and they also believe it will be a carpark!
