Does anyone know who is moving into the former Dick Smith tenancy?

Apparently Zara will be moving in within the next two years, which means the next stage will be underway/done by then

Adelaide is gaining a second Apple store opening in Marion << False alarm, this relates to an Apple reseller store

There is currently a Store Manager and Retail Consultant jobs advertised on Seek, Indeed etc.

Our new Adelaide location requires you provide helpful advice and hands on technical support to our service customers in need.

Apple jobs come up on Indeed when you search Apple + Marion.

The way it's worded on Indeed is why I first thought it was related to an Apple Store. No mention of MAC1

Jag has closed and Sportscraft is opening a standlaone store in its place. Rockmans/Table 8 are filling the former Telstra store as their new store has opened and a "Mega" Connor store is being fit out now. Still about 10 vacant tenancies in the new food mall area.

According to one of the concierge stations, Bakers Delight will be reopening mid-December after a re-fit (similar location to where they were previously).

Doesn't look like the expansion is happening anytime soon but some recent stores to open are:

Black Pepper
Bailey Nelson
Koda Home
Ally Fashion
Supplement Warfare
Soul Origin


Mecca Maxima is to open in October taking up the massive vacancy left by Esprit. This will be the first in Adelaide.

There is still a lot of vacancies in the food court. Sumo Salad recently closed.

I'd say the vacancies are happening because of the eventual closure and relocation of the food court.
