BTW - I have been trying to get a pic of Adelaide back along the Torrens looking west from the south bank - somewhat east of the Morphett Br. at night. (Also under time exposure) Any knowledge of such around?

From the Advertiser:
ANZ House at 11 Waymouth St in Adelaide’s CBD expected to sell for around $200 million
Richard Evans, Commercial Property, The Advertiser
October 16, 2017 8:00pm
THE sale of a prime and well-known commercial tower in Adelaide’s CBD — with a price tag believed to be around $200 million — is to be spearheaded between two leading agencies.
JLL and Colliers International are to market 11 Waymouth St, better known as ANZ House, and home to blue-chip tenants including ANZ, Deloitte, architects Woods Bagot, the Australian Bureau of Statistics, and the State Government.
JLL’s Jamie Guerra, Roger Klem and Rob Sewell and Colliers’ Craig Shute, Paul van Reesema and Alistair Mackie have been appointed to sell the complex on behalf of Dexus and its office partner.
The building overlooks the GPO and is within walking distance of the Central Market, Rundle Mall and Oval.
“11 Waymouth Street has a diverse blue-chip tenant base, which greatly alleviates income and vacancy risk to investors, ”Mr Guerra said
“There are very limited purchasing opportunities available in the CBD, and prime assets remain sought after from domestic private and syndicated capital and increasingly from international investors.
“The low market volatility plus a white-collar occupier base somewhat insulated from global equity markets and resource sector risk, is attractive to investors seeking defensive portfolio positioning.”
Colliers’ national director, Craig Shute, said ANZ House is the cornerstone of the City Central precinct.
“The ATO building and GPO now under construction, will see the precinct offering over 100,000 sqm of premium grade accommodation,” he said.
Paul van Reesema is adamant ANZ House is Adelaide’s pre-eminent office building and believes it will have a strong pull for local, national and international investors.
“It was under construction when it was last sold (in 2004),” he said. “It was effectively sold off plan.”
JLL’s Roger Klem pointed to the tower’s environmental status as the first 5 Star Green Star-rated building in South Australia, and which now boasts a 5.5-star NABERS energy rating.
“It was the first of the next-generation of office buildings in Adelaide after Westpac House. It’s probably the best building in Adelaide.”
Any sale price will be boosted by the significant infrastructure currently underway in the CBD he said and also, pivotally, by the State Government’s stamp duty reduction.
“The phased stamp duty abolition means purchase cost is a third of what it would have been,” he said.
“It means people can pay more for an asset because the headline cost is removed from the transaction cost.”
The 21-level building was bought by the Commonwealth Property Office Fund in December 2004 for $143 million, an Adelaide record for an office building. It is 99 metres high.
Expressions of interest close on November 22.

Apologies for digging up an oldie, but the redevelopment of the rear looks great, especially at night.
It has nearly been completed now.
