Agree looks very shmick and professional .. HOWEVER, is it just me or do others think it inappropriate to use the word 'Tower' for something only 30 odd metres in height. This world makes me think of something 'huge, tall, iconic' .. considering some of the 'Towers' around the world I would think nothing less than 150m should be referred to as a Tower .. and thanks to Dubai, nothing under 400m should be referred to as a skyscraper!!!
I might start referring to my two car shed at home as a 'Tower'

Agree - here's the Wikipedia definition of a Tower ==>
Towers are tall human-made structures that are always taller than they are wide, usually by a significant margin. Towers are generally built to take advantage of their height, and can stand alone or as part of a larger structure. A modern type of tower, the skyscraper, uses less ground space as a ratio of total building interior square footage.
I think Waymouth
Towers fails on many counts...

Very impressive flythrough for a very impressive building. Hopefully this will pressure other developers to put more effort into their designs.

From the Advertiser:
ANTIMO IANNELLA
June 04, 2008 11:30pm
A $50 MILLION apartment complex on Waymouth St will capitalise on the trend which is seeing people return to the West End.
Released to the public yesterday, the Space Apartments development includes 87 residences in two buildings. The 10-storey and five-storey Woods Bagot-designed buildings will be linked on the ground floor.
The development includes 600sq m of retail space. Single and double-storey apartments are available.
Video: View an animated fly around the complex
They will range in price from $295,000 to more than $2 million for a penthouse.
Director of developer Waymouth Towers, George Charalabidis, said the complex, at 231 Waymouth St, would bring a "new lease of life" to the precinct. "People are slowly coming back to the area. It has got so much to offer," he said.
Adelaide Lord Mayor Michael Harbison said the growth being experienced in the West End would be enhanced by the development.
"It's very exciting. And, with more workers in the city, we are now seeing more people looking to live in the CBD," he said.
Woods Bagot principal Gavin Kain said the area had been underdeveloped.
"This will kick start the renewal of that part of the city," he said.
Once a thriving hub, the West End suffered a downturn in recent years but has experienced a resurgence on the back on a series of new residential developments.
Construction of Space Apartments will begin this week and is expected to be completed by 2010.

These look awesome.
Anyone have a link to the developers website?
Are they available to purchase off the plan yet?
Is there a completion date?

Sorry fellas, but I can't see the flyover (fly around, whatever) because of the browser, OS, etc., etc. Can someone post something that shows the western side of this development. Also would like to know where it stands regarding Greenstar rating.
Cheers
