I really like this development. I think it looks good, and will suit the area. I'm interested to see this 1885 ballroom, too, when it's been renovated.

Walked past this today and was amazed at the amount of graffiti on it already. I don't know how they got to some of the places they did...

Boxing Day update. I think this one has topped out now.

its a strange development this one. I hope I can have a walk through once its completed. Are they going to put some aprtments in the old Tiv pub, or is it going to be retail/restaurants. Then theres that large gap behind the old pub which I assume will be for carparks? Maybe an indoor tennis court

Are they going to do anything about restoring the hotel? It looks a little run down in that photo.

^^ Yes, it's getting an internal refit.

What's the roof on the hotel? If it is tin it's going to reflect a lot of heat back to the lower apartments. I hope those who designed the building have taken this into consideration.
