15-storey vision for Light Square

A new $75 million apartment block will be built in Light Square.

The 15-storey building, called Vision on Morphett, will comprise 157 apartments with ground floor retail.

Work will start in May, with the project due to be completed by the end of next year.

Developer the China-Australia Property Development Group expects the project will create 160 construction jobs.

The building will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments starting from $189,000.

I got an email from the real estate agent marketing the project, in which it states that 20 apartments have been sold within the first 4 weeks.

I think these apartments should sell quickly as they are so cheap.... $189,000 with no
stamp duty and interest rates are fairly low now. Investors could buy and then rent them for
say $200+ a week and make a good profit.
